Insurance Account Representative – Keith Strain State Farm Agency
Are you a competitive, goal-oriented sales professional looking to build a rewarding career in the insurance industry? Keith Strain State Farm Agency is seeking a motivated Insurance Account Representative (Producer) to identify opportunities, convert leads into lasting customer relationships, and contribute to our agency’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer insurance needs.
- Market appropriate insurance products and services including Property & Casualty, Life, and Health policies.
- Collaborate with the agency team and agent to establish and achieve marketing and sales goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a total commitment to success every day.
- Foster long-term customer relationships by providing excellent service and support.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience preferred (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing).
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate effectively to customers.
- Current Property & Casualty license required.
- Life & Health license required or ability to obtain.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Income range of $40,000 to $75,000 in your first year, combining salary plus commission and bonuses.
- Paid time off including vacation and personal/sick days.

- Licensing reimbursement after 3 months of employment.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
